Well known real estate players, Jason Sharman and Michał Grabara, have resigned from BSC Real Estate Advisors (the duo were Managing Partner and Head of Investment, respectively), along with Aleksandra Dawidczyk, Anna Andrzejuk and the investment business, to establish Burlington Real Estate.
The company will be Poland’s first investment only advisory practice, covering all commercial assets classes including office, industrial, retail and leisure. Services will include providing investment acquisition and disposal advice, sourcing of debt, financial modelling, due diligence and asset management solutions.
Burlington Real Estate is owned and managed by its Partners, whose careers span two decades of working with major local and international clients throughout the region and internationally. All members of the senior management team have worked for well-known companies such as JLL, Deloitte, King Sturge, DTZ (now C&W), Knight Frank and the largest state treasury owned real estate company, PHN.
“Burlington Real Estate provide a viable alternative solution for investors seeking independent professional advice. We have operated collectively as a team for a number of years and consequentially our approach is organised and focused. Our positive and enthusiastic attitude means we bring a unique optimism to each instruction. We are extremely busy already, with over €240 million under offer and many more deals in the pipeline. As we grow the team to meet our clients’ expectations, we will remain true to our philosophy of providing a personalised approach,” said Jason Sharman MRICS, Partner.
“We advise a broad array of real estate investors from private entrepreneurs to major institutional investors seeking commercial real estate investment advice in Poland. Our aim is to deliver on our client objectives by providing exceptional market intelligence and first class expertise. We understand that these core ingredients deliver an execution strategy that achieves the best possible outcome,” added Michał Grabara CCIM, Partner.
