What data we gather, what the purpose is and how long we store it
Through the contact form placed on our website we obtain the following personal data of the user: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number. The website user voluntarily provides his personal data and agrees for their processing by selecting the appropriate consent window on the website. The user may but does not have to grant consent for receiving commercial and marketing information from us in an electronic form. Such consent may be revoked at any time. We keep personal data for the period necessary to realise the purpose of processing, i.e. in case of necessity to respond to the question/message included in the contact form for the period necessary to respond (after the response is sent, data is deleted) and in case of granting consent to receive commercial and marketing information until such consent is revoked.
Rights of persons whose data is being processed
Each person who granted consent for processing her/his personal data can withdraw such consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent has legal result as of the moment of such withdrawal, which means that consent withdrawal does not affect the legality of the prior processing of personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not have any negative consequences, it may, however, make it impossible to use our service to certain extent, which concerns in particular responding to questions/messages included in the contact form. Also, according to GDPR you have the right to access your data, to correct, rectify and delete it as well as to limit processing, to transfer your data, to object processing and to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
