Under the RICS Rules of Conduct, Burlington Real Estate is required to operate
a Complaints Handling Procedure. If
you wish to make a complaint about services you have received from
Burlington Real Estate you should, in the first instance, contact the director
or member of staff who provided that service. That person will normally
acknowledge receipt of your complaint within seven calendar days and provide a reasoned
answer to your complaint within 28 calendar days.
